Refund policy

1. All Sales Are Final

At this time, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Limited inventory

  • Made-to-order production

  • Hygiene and quality control standards

  • Logistics limitations as a small upcoming brand

Please make sure your order details — size, color, and address — are correct before checking out.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Not what you ordered

Contact us within 48 hours of the package being marked delivered.

You must provide:

  1. Your order number

  2. Clear photos of the item

  3. Clear photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or store credit if the issue is verified.
Refunds are only issued in rare cases where replacements are not possible.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier:

  • Gimeney Devotion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Customers must file a claim with the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

We are happy to assist with claim instructions, but we cannot replace or refund orders affected by carrier errors.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

We cannot refund or replace orders that were shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

If you realize your address is wrong, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
After that, changes are not guaranteed.

5. No In-Person Returns or Drop-Offs

Gimeney Devotion operates from a digital iPostal address, which is for mail handling only.

  • This location does not accept returns.

  • Packages sent to this address without approval will be refused or discarded.

If a return is approved (rare and only for defective items), we will provide the correct return instructions by email.

6. Order Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed.

If you need to cancel, email us within 2 hours of placing your order.
If production or shipping has already started, the order cannot be canceled.
